GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS (GTC)

  1. Scope of application

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders, deliveries and services of:

The GTC apply to orders placed via the following websites:

Both domains lead to the same online shop.

By placing an order, the customer agrees to these GTC.

  1. Offer and conclusion of contract

2.1 The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer.

2.2 By submitting an order, the customer makes a binding offer to purchase the selected products.

2.3 The purchase contract is only concluded once the order has been confirmed by e-mail.

2.4 Ricci Vianelli GmbH reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders without giving reasons.

  1. Prices

3.1 All prices are in Swiss Francs (CHF).

3.2 The stated prices include the statutory value-added tax, if applicable.

3.3 Price changes, errors and technical changes are reserved.

  1. Terms of payment

4.1 Payment is made using the payment methods offered in the online shop.

4.2 If a payment cannot be processed successfully, Ricci Vianelli GmbH reserves the right to cancel the order.

4.3 In the event of late payment, reminder and processing fees may be charged.

  1. Delivery and shipping

5.1 Deliveries are made within Switzerland and Liechtenstein.

5.2 The delivery time depends on the availability of the products.

5.3 If a product is temporarily unavailable, the customer will be informed as soon as possible.

5.4 Partial deliveries are permissible, provided this is reasonable for the customer.

5.5 Shipping costs are shown separately in the order process.

  1. Retention of title

The goods remain the property of Ricci Vianelli GmbH until full payment has been received.

  1. Returns and cancellations

7.1 Customers have the right to return products within 14 days of receipt.

7.2 A prerequisite for a return is that the goods are:

  • unused

  • in original packaging

  • and in perfect condition.

7.3 Opened, used or damaged products are excluded from return.

7.4 The cost of return shipping shall be borne by the customer.

7.5 After inspection of the returned goods, the refund will be made using the original payment method.

  1. Liability

8.1 Ricci Vianelli GmbH is exclusively liable for damages caused by intentional or grossly negligent conduct.

8.2 Any liability for indirect damages, consequential damages or lost profits is excluded, to the extent permitted by law.

8.3 Ricci Vianelli GmbH assumes no responsibility for the content of external websites that can be accessed via links.

9.1 The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with our data protection policy.

9.2 Customer data is used exclusively for processing orders, customer service and improving our services.

  1. Applicable law and place of jurisdiction

12.1 Swiss law shall apply exclusively.

12.2 The place of jurisdiction is Glis VS, Switzerland, unless mandatory legal provisions dictate otherwise.
