RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Customers have the right to withdraw their order within 14 days of receiving the goods.
Withdrawal can be made in writing via email or by post. Timely dispatch of the notification or the goods is sufficient to meet the deadline.
Conditions for returns
A return is only possible if:

the product is unused

the product is in its original condition

the original packaging is unopened and undamaged

all protective films and seals are intact
Opened, used, or damaged products are excluded from return.
Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

products made to customer specifications
-
personalized products
-
opened hygiene or care products
-
used items
-
products with an expired shelf life
-
goods that are unsuitable for return due to their nature
Return shipping costs
The customer generally bears the costs of the return shipment.
For unjustified returns, we reserve the right to charge a processing fee of 10% of the value of the goods, but at least CHF 20.00.
Refund
After receipt and inspection of the returned goods, the refund will be processed via the original payment method used.
Shipping costs already incurred will not be refunded.
